· I hold a Master of Social Work from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL.
· I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) in the State of North Carolina.
My fulfillment comes from improving the lives of others while assisting people and families in navigating life. I take enjoyment in helping people find the qualities they currently have and use those strengths as steps toward recovery utilizing a strengths-based viewpoint.
I utilize Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to help individuals understand the connection between their thought’s feelings and actions. I take a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and transparent approach to counseling. I have 10-plus years of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and gender identity issues through mindfulness.
I would enjoy getting to know you and developing a rapport with you. There is no better feeling than being confident and relieved of the load that memories and previous trauma bring.

Hello, my name is Caitlyn Lear. Helping people overcome challenges and grow has been a passion of mine for much of my life. I understand it is important for each person to find the right therapist for them, here are some of my current qualifications and some additional information about me.
· I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
· I also hold a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Hello! My name is Dr. Gaven Mize. I have a passion for helping others see their goals and approach them with care and comfort. Helping others has been my profession for the past 11 years.
· I hold a Doctorate from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. My concentration is in Sensory Perception in Behavioral Education and Beauty/Aesthetics
· I also hold a Master of Divinity Degree from the same institution.
· I received my Bachelor degree from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
· I am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Life Coach.
I believe that all people deserve a good and firm footing in life, and I have a passion for helping others achieve this. I welcome all people to experience Cognitive Behavioral Coaching as a positive turn in life, health, and over all well-being.
