Treatment Focus: I understand how experiences, life stressors, and trauma can deeply impact our sense of self, relationships, and-day-to day functioning.

In order to achieve healing,

I advocate for clients to engage in attachment-based exploration,

build awareness of triggers,

and befriend the physical sensations, or emotions

that overload our nervous system--through mindfulness, so that we can learn more about ourselves and our needs.

My methods are person-centered. I will use a variety of tools and modalities that align with your unique needs:

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy Interventions (DBT)

  • Anxiety and Panic
  • Attachment and Abandonment Issues
  • Patterns of harmful romantic relationships or experiences with Intimate Partner Violence
  • Low Self Esteem

On a personal note:

The people in my life will describe me as direct, honest, and empathetic.

I love spending time outside on the beach reading or collecting shells.

I am a yoga nerd and try to go as often as I can.

If I am not at the beach or doing yoga you can probably find me curled up on my couch,

with my dog Marla,  listening to my favorite Fleetwood Mac records.
